WHAT: Party at the Parfum Palace!
WHERE: The Parfum Palace! (Anyone not near the Palace can get free transportation to it from any city - they will be teleported back after the event is over.)

That's right, it's a party! The workers in Parfum Palace worked overtime to provide food, drinks, music, dancing, and even free walks around the courtyard! For what reason? Nobody knows, but any party's a good party, right?

He's tried various different types of food during his world travels back home, but sushi wasn't one of them.
He finishes his chili dog and follows. You could claim that he's stuffing himself, but really that was normal for him. Having super speed sometimes meant having a big stomach, due to having a super fast metabolism. Plus he moves around enough to burn it off anyway.
