"We're not entirely sure. We've had someone keeping up with the situation for quite some time. The space-time continuum has been fluctuating for the past few months. The person manning it happens to be one of the first people who arrived, and he's been a big help to us. But unfortunately even with his expertise we haven't pinpointed the exact issue yet."
